Ana Cuciureanu

Executive Director & Founder

With a background that bridges architecture, biology and community engagement, Ana loves connecting people to nature through hands-on experiences, art and innovative projects.

Ali Ahmed

Volunteer Training

A political science graduate, Ali has been with Splash on Earth since 2023 and has been responsible for designing and facilitating the training for Splash on Earth volunteers ever since.

Vidu Chandan

Marketing Coordinator

Vidu has a unique blend of experience in business, non-profit communication. She is the founder of the “Little Cameras Project,” an initiative that empowered over 200 children.

Aerelle Pakingan

Marketing Coordinator

Aerelle draws a superhero comedy webcomic titled Mean Spirit that explores themes such as parasocial relationships and gentrification. She has an advanced diploma in Graphic Design from Centennial College

Hetal Shah

Data Entry Specialist

Hetal currently handles data entry and bookkeeping for Splash on Earth, helping keep operations organized and running smoothly. Alongside this, she works full-time as a Customer Care Representative, to support customers.

Gogulavarsini

Volunteer Coordinator

Gogula joined Splash On Earth’s core team in the fall of 2023 after a summer of volunteering at their events. She fell in love with their mission and wanted to help them spread environmental awareness within her community She began as a marketing team member.

Michael Leung

Project Manager

Michael brings extensive experience in project management, consulting, and volunteer work, including past contributions to organizations such as ShelterMovers etc.

Vihaan Ponakala

Marketing Team

He previously joined Splash on Earth when his little sister participated in the summer art contests in 2022. After seeing their cause and initiatives, he started volunteering in 2023.

Woinishet Yeshitila

Legal

Woinishet Yeshitila is a lawyer by profession who has been advocating for human rights and environmental protection.She served the government, the private sector, the United Nations etc.

Dinesh Kumar

Web Developer

Dinesh is a passionate web designer and developer with a strong interest in creating modern, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences. He enjoys combining creativity with technology to build websites that are both functional and impactful.

Egbaiyelo Moteniola

Web Developer

Monty is an advocate for sustainability, focusing on human interaction with the environment and with one another. Drawing from his background as a former environmental science major and exposure to frameworks like the Model United Nations.
